Congrats to the PPAW cast!

Congrats, guys! That was an AMAZING SHOW!!! The acting was terrific, and of course there would be nothing without the techs. GO TECHS!
I must say, watching that play, I totally forgot that that was Rachel and Shortney up there. It was very real to me. That was Peter Pan and Wendy up there.
AMAZING! Great job guys. I can't begin to tell you how proud of you guys I am. :)

So what's everyone up to this summer?

What's up with all the CSDC kids this summer? Anyone going to the summer drama classes? Camp? Hawaii? :-P

I'm just going to Super Summer and volunteering at the Library. Woohoo.

Okay...I shall do the 7 random things...I shall make them involve CSDC, if that's okay.
1. Craig's cow head looks hilarious with a tophat on it.
2. The gothic mermaid was Ashley's best costume. :P
3. Shelley and Nicole have amazing voices and sounded better than whoever those actresses who played Glinda and Elphaba's voices on the soundtrack.
4. Opening night was the best performance.
5. The middle school room is the loudest.
6. I've never been into the elementary room when the kids are in it.
7. The booths from McDonalds are the most awesome things ever.

10 days and counting...

W00t! And now we come to our first day of daily rehearsals! Gee golly wow! I hope everyone's gotten plenty of rest...it's gonna be hectic! Now we can say "We perform NEXT WEEK!" It doesn't seem like we've been rehearsing this long. Wooohhooooo! 4 o'clock on the dot!

The first ever complete runthrough of the entire show. I think it went really good compared to thursday. I can acutally start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I applaud all you actors/actress for all the effort and improvement you have put in even since thursday. You are doing great. Well see ya'll thursday

something for everyone...

Okay, is it just me, or did today's rehearsal go EXTREMELY well compared to past ones??? I'm so so proud of all of us! Great job pulling together, everyone. And everyone's costumes look GREAT! I can really see how this will look in a couple weeks. Wonderful, fantastic, incredible, fabulous, amazing job!

Now everyone pray hard for another good rehearsal on Thursday!

Well I know Saturday rehearsals were really long and tiring but i think they went really well. Of course we'll have to work out the kinks but i think we got it. Its going to look amazing with the costumes, lights, music, and choreography!!!
